Description:

Bright ruby red. Natura Cabernet Sauvignon has notes of red and black berries with hints of vanilla and toffee from the oak. Th e taste is lush and complex.

Color:  Bright lively ruby color.

Bouquet:  Aromas of ripe, red and black berries with a touch of chocolate.

Taste:  Fresh and juicy palate has good structure and sweet, smooth tannins, persistent finish.

Alcohol Content:  13.7%.

Total Acidity:  3.48 g/l.

Technique

In mid-April the organically grown grapes are hand-picked. Post crush, the must is placed in a temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation tanks for a cold soak prior to undergoing alcoholic fermentation with gentle low-volume. At this time, the wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation. For 6 months, 20% of this wine is aged in oak barrels.
