Wanderlust isn’t your typical festival. It’s not an event; it’s an experience. And it’s one that you should try at least once in your life. Bringing together musicians and yogis from all over the world, the festival seeks to empower, enlighten and energize the body, mind and soul (kinda like Natura wines!).
What is Wanderlust?
Wanderlust began in 2009 as a way for people to connect their minds and bodies through yoga and music. Since then, the festival has grown to multiple locations throughout the US and Canada, and they offer a number of events and activities for participants.
Each location has different options available, but all of them include invigorating yoga sessions led by renowned yogis. There are also planned hikes, biking excursions, paddle boarding, trail runs, and meditation sessions. Informal lectures are given by progressive thought-leaders covering topics ranging from holistic health to personal empowerment.
All this introspection makes one peckish: locally grown food and sustainable wine and other treats are available throughout the festival.
Why You Should Go
There are a lot of reasons why Wanderlust should be on your bucket list. Aside from all the fun, and culinary goodies, this festival is about making you a better version of yourself. While it’s up to you to do the work, Wanderlust provides all the tools you need.
Self-reflection and getting in touch with your inner self are the major outcomes of attending, but there’s also the connections you make with others while you’re there. Wanderlust radiates love and positivity, bringing about sense of peace and tranquility that we can all use in our hectic lives.
Go to Wanderlust. Go for the fun of it, go for the knowledge you’ll gain, go for the community, go for the Natura wines…but above all, go for the transformative experience.
