Food and wine pairing guide

For lean meats such as chicken, fish and seafood, we recommend pairing them with one of our white, organic wines. Natura Chardonnay pairs extremely well with fattier fish such as salmon or tuna, as well as sauces that are made with butter and cream. For salads with vinaigrette dressings, or fish or chicken prepared in citrus sauces, we recommend Natura Sauvignon Blanc.

A red organic wine that often pairs well with leaner meats like filet mignon and pork is Natura Malbec. Our Malbec, made from organically grown grapes, also pairs nicely with pastas with pesto or light tomato sauces. For baked pasta dishes and casseroles, we recommend pairing with Natura Merlot.

For red meats such as beef, lamb and ribs, we recommend pairing them with our organic Cabernet Sauvignon. Our Pinot Noir is best paired with earthy, woody flavors such as mushroom dishes, truffles, and pork chops, while our Carmenere goes well with spicy, savory dishes. Indian curry dishes, chili and beef stew are three of our favorite dishes to eat while sipping Natura Carmenere.
