We know you’ve been good with your New Years resolutions for the last few weeks, but we think you deserve a sweet treat! These soft, chewy almond butter chocolate chip cookies, created by Dani Nemeh, are absolutely heavenly, and they pair deliciously with a glass of our organic Cabernet!
Here’s everything you need to make your own almond butter chocolate chip cookies on your next cheat day!
Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe:
1/4 cup Bob’s Red Mill coconut flour
1 cup Wild Friends Foods creamy almond butter
3 egg whites
2 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 tsp baking soda
3 tbl pure maple syrup
1/4 cup Lily’s Sweets chocolate chips
Set oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients & bake for 10 minutes.. Allow to cool…they should be super soft! Enjoy with a glass of Natura Cabernet!
